3. Service Description

allozia.ai (accessible at allozia.ai) is an AI-powered phone assistant service for professionals (small and medium businesses). The AI voice assistant answers incoming calls on behalf of the professional, collects caller information, manages appointment scheduling and sends notifications to the professional.

4. Artificial Intelligence — Regulatory Obligations

In accordance with the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), and in particular Article 50 on limited-risk AI systems:

  • The service uses an AI system to answer phone calls. Each caller is informed within the first seconds of the call that they are interacting with a virtual assistant (not a human being).
  • The AI does not make any automated decisions with legal or significant effects on individuals within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
  • AI-generated content (summaries, analyses) is clearly identified as such in the interface.
  • The Professional remains the sole decision-maker regarding the follow-up to calls handled by the assistant.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the allozia.ai website (texts, graphics, software, databases, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Epsiio or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited under French intellectual property law.

7. Limitation of Liability

allozia.ai makes every effort to ensure service availability and reliability. However, the publisher cannot be held liable for service interruptions, AI errors in understanding or processing calls, or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

The AI voice assistant provides a communication support service. It does not replace the professional for decision-making, diagnosis, legal or medical advice, or any other service requiring professional qualifications.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office.
